MargaritaKite

MargaritaKite is a kitesurfing school and shop a few metres from the kite beach at El Yaque on Margarita Island. It is an IKO affiliated centre, and its instructors teach in Spanish, English and Italian.

Courses range from discovery to progression and advanced levels, with options for children aged 6 to 15, wave and freestyle sessions, and supervision from a private assistance boat. Equipment, boat, instructor and IKO certificate are included. The school also gives kite foil and wing foil lessons.

Riders can store, rent and repair their gear on site. The centre is the official RRD Kiteboarding distributor in Venezuela and runs a shop with kites, boards, harnesses and accessories. On site: a grass launch and rinse area, air compressor, shower, and a chill area with wifi and snacks. The wind blows nearly every day of the year.
