School Presentation
Kite Somewhere is a kitesurfing, wing foiling and snowkiting school based in Calgary, Alberta. Lessons, given by IKO instructors, take place around Calgary and elsewhere in Alberta depending on the wind. Students are notified when conditions are good.
The course follows the IKO levels: a 2-hour land discovery lesson with a trainer kite, then an intermediate water course (body dragging, water relaunch, self-rescue) and an independent course (riding upwind, transitions). The school also offers an introduction to snowkiting, which the team describes as its winter passion, in the mountains and near Calgary.
An online shop completes the offer, with Flysurfer kites, Mystic wetsuits and accessories. It ships across Canada.
