Écovoile Baie-des-Chaleurs is a solidarity cooperative based in Carleton-sur-Mer, in the Gaspésie region. The watersports base is best known for sailing training (sailing camps, cruising, sport sailing, regattas), but it also teaches windsurfing and wing foiling.
Windsurf lessons are offered à la carte (3 hours, private or in a group of two or three), as a 9-hour autonomy course or as a group introduction, with cheap board rental available after the lesson. For wing, the school runs wing SUP and wing foil introductions with a powerboat in support, open from age 8 with no experience required, plus a multi-lesson package and rental. Winter wing sessions are also offered.
A handy place to try several gliding sports in one spot, with boat rental, introductory sea excursions and family programmes.
