The Kiteboarding Pro Center Marsa Alam, open since 2013, sits next to the Casa Mare Resort, 17 km south of Marsa Alam airport, on a shallow, sandy lagoon. The centre is dedicated to kitesurfing and welcomes both beginners and riders with their own gear.
All lessons on the water are private (one student per instructor): beginner courses, progression courses and refresher sessions. The centre rents equipment from a pool of about 70 kites and 40 boards, and offers lockers to store your own kit.
The website states that wing foiling is not taught on site. According to the centre, the wind blows about five days a week all year round, and nearly six days a week from April to late November.
