Wildboards Korbielów

Wildboards is an action-sports school based in Korbiłów, at the foot of Mount Pilsko in the Beskids. It began in 2011 with a first mountainboard school near Kraków, moved into kiting from 2015, first on land and then on water from 2019; its instructors earned PZKite qualifications in 2021.

The school teaches snowkiting at spots in the Beskids and on the Slovak border, in the Orava region, at 600 to 900 m, with permission from the Orava Landscape Park. Lessons use Flysurfer, Peter Lynn and Ozone foil kites, which are easier to launch and land, and are held only according to the snow and wind forecast. The beginner course lasts three hours. In summer it offers landkiting, mountainboarding with a buggy, kitesurfing on lakes in Silesia and surfskating, and in winter skiing and snowboarding.

Each year the team also runs snowkite trips in the Beskids, in Slovakia and in Norway, on the Hardangervidda plateau.
