Viharsarok Vízisport Központ

The Viharsarok Vízisport Központ (water sports centre) is a sailing and windsurfing base on the beach of Balatonföldvár, on the south shore of Lake Balaton. It offers lessons and rentals for windsurf boards, sailboats, catamarans, stand up paddleboards and kayaks.

For windsurfing it runs one-day "Surf & Go" introductory courses designed to get you sailing on your own by the end of the day, as well as "Surf & Chill" camps for adults. Intensive beginner sailing courses and one-day guided sailing trips round out the offer.

The website notes that, because of low water levels, renting large sailboats and catamarans is not always possible; courses, training and accompanied trips continue.
