The MaxSurf base in Łeba is at Nowęcin on the shore of Lake Sarbsko, a few kilometres from the seaside resort of Łeba. It is one of three bases of the "Silesian School of Windsurfing", founded in 2005, alongside Kuźnica and Niewiesze.
The shallow lake is a good place to learn windsurfing. The base offers private and group lessons, sports camps, and rental and storage of windsurfing gear. For private lessons the price includes equipment rental.

Base open every day from June to August, 10 am to 6 pm. The MaxSurf office can be reached Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm, on +48 797 359 599.

- Private lesson: 139 PLN per person for one person, 119 PLN for two, 109 PLN for three.
- Adult 5-hour package with two rentals: 620 PLN for one person.
- Children's 5-hour package: 599 PLN for one person.
