North Adventures Armenia - Karmravan Kite Center

North Adventures Armenia runs the Karmravan Kite Center, a kite centre in the village of Karmravan on the Ashotsk plateau, in Shirak province near Gyumri. It is one of Armenia's most remote regions, above 2,000 m, not far from Lake Arpi.

In winter the centre offers snowkiting outings with private transport from town, with equipment and clothing provided. Beginners get hands-on lessons, while experienced riders can head straight onto the snow. The rest of the year it offers power kiting on the open plains of Shirak.

Bookings are made by phone or messaging (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram). The Armenian national tourism board lists the activity among its experiences.
