Wirral Watersports Centre

Wirral Watersports Centre is the council-run watersports centre on the West Kirby marine lake on the Wirral peninsula in Merseyside. It describes itself as the region's premier location for wing foiling, windsurfing and dinghy sailing, thanks to the steady winds off the Dee Estuary. It is an RYA Training Centre, RYA Sailability accredited and AALA registered.

It offers RYA training in sailing, windsurfing and powerboating, multi-activity days for young people, pay-and-play taster and open sessions, plus paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, foiling and open-water swimming. Participants with their own kit (windsurf, paddleboard, wingfoil, dinghy, kayak) can launch on the lake with a pass; sailing and windsurfing equipment can be hired with proof of qualification.
