Blown Away Surf School

Blown Away is an outdoor activity company based on West Sands beach in St Andrews, Fife, Scotland. It teaches surfing, stand up paddleboarding (including giant group paddleboards) and kayaking from a wooden shack at the town end of the beach, next to the Dook cafe, and runs landyachting at the far end of the beach. It describes itself as one of Scotland's most established activity providers and is AALA registered.

Surf sessions suit beginners as well as those wanting to progress (paddling, turning, reading waves); pre-booking is necessary. Wetsuit, gloves, hood and boots when needed, board and leash are provided.

The centre also runs surf yoga, kids' holiday courses, packages, corporate days and stag and hen parties.
