The Official Test Centre (OTC Watersports)

The Official Test Centre (OTC) is a watersports centre on the water's edge, within the grounds of the National Sailing Academy on Portland, Dorset, on the Jurassic Coast. It focuses on windsurfing, wing foiling, stand up paddleboarding and e-foiling, and presents itself as the UK's first Fliteschool, a school for the Fliteboard electric foilboard.

An affiliated RYA, BKSA and AALA accredited school teaches all levels, from first steps to hosting national events: windsurfing, wing foiling, Fliteboard, SUP, youth camps and instructor training. The centre is also an official Armstrong Foils Test Centre, with the board, foil and wing range available to test, and its team, with more than twenty years of equipment-testing experience, gives impartial advice.

Portland Harbour is flat water, accessible in all tide states and wind directions, with some of the best wind statistics on England's south coast. The centre also runs an online shop (windsurf, wing foil, SUP, e-foil equipment, water wear and ex-demo kit) and a webcam.
