School Presentation
Kite Zone is a family-run kitesurfing school at the Chałupy 3 campsite on the Hel Peninsula. Founded in 1999 by Igor Czernik, Poland's first national champion (2001), it presents itself as the oldest kitesurfing school in the country.
It is a PZKite level 2 school, allowing it to run instructor courses and issue progress cards. Instructors are equipped with radio communication. The school also teaches surfing (under the Paliki Surf name) and wing foil, and offers wakeboarding.
Its kite, surf and wing rental fleet uses North, Naish and Cabrinha gear. The season runs from late April to late September; the school also organises trips abroad and, in winter, snowkite trips in Norway.
