School Presentation
Kite & Ting is a kitesurf and wing foil school that teaches at Båstad and Mellbystrand in spring, summer and autumn, on weekdays and weekends. Instructors teach to the IKO syllabus with a strong focus on safety; the lead instructor, Fredrik "Figge" Persson, is IKO certified and passionate about both snow and sea.
Kitesurf: basic course, two-day complete course (with IKO certificate), refresher course and kitefoil course. Wing foil: a one-hour land-based taster, then a basic course on a stable SUP board with a centreboard. After the course, students get a discount on equipment from Kiteboardcenter, the school's partner. The school also offers SUP ball, and its courses qualify for the wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag).
