The SURF.SE Surfcenter is on Askimsbadet beach, in the Askimsviken bay south of Gothenburg, in the white horseshoe-shaped wooden house. The flat water suits beginners well. It belongs to the SURF.SE watersports shop in Billdal.

The programme includes one- and two-day windsurf courses (at most six participants per instructor, all equipment, wetsuit and life jacket included), wing foil courses behind a boat or with a big board, follow-up wing and foil board courses, private lessons, surf camps for ages 10 to 15 and a wing foil camp, and corporate events. Equipment rental is available by booking. Kitesurfing is offered through partner schools.

Courses run at weekends in June, August and September, plus Wednesday and Thursday in July; the center opens in mid-June. Courses qualify for the wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) paid by some Swedish employers.

Opens in mid-June. Courses on Saturday and Sunday in June, August and September, plus Wednesday and Thursday in July. Rental by booking on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm. Closed over the Midsummer weekend.
