Kitekurs.no

Kitekurs.no is a snowkite school based at Haugastøl on the Hardangervidda plateau. It offers weekend courses for beginners and for kiters who want to progress, private lessons, courses for companies and groups, and gift cards.

It also runs expedition courses, to learn long-distance kiting (crossing Hardangervidda, for example), as well as snowkite expeditions to Greenland. The course season runs from winter to spring.

All instructors hold at least a WFA first-aid certificate, and guides a WFR. The school applies a 'wind guarantee': if a weekend is windless, students can take another beginner course at Haugastøl for free. Groups have few students per instructor and equipment is provided.
