School Presentation
North Coast Watersports is a surf and stand up paddleboard school on the North Coast 500, near Thurso in the Scottish Highlands. Surf lessons run at Dunnet beach, a long sandy bay that picks up North Sea swells; the meeting point is the car park next to Dunnet Bay Caravan Site. On demand, lessons can also be run at Strathy, Farr or Durness.
The instructors, ISA level 2 trained, are Iona, 2019 Scottish ladies champion, and Finn, a former under-18s champion. Paddleboard lessons run from Brough or Dwarwick pier on Dunnet Head. The school also offers private lessons, surf trips, a surf club, kids' holiday programmes, equipment hire, retreats, gift vouchers and a post-surf sauna.
