Progress Surf School

Progress Surf School has taught surfing on the Gower peninsula in South Wales since 2005. It runs lessons at two beaches: Llangennith, Gower's most consistent surf beach (meeting at Hillend Camp Site car park), and Caswell Bay, ideal for beginners and families. It describes itself as a Surfing Wales Centre of Excellence.

The programme includes group lessons, family lessons, private lessons, full-day surf lessons, kids' parties, kids' surf clubs (after school and in the holidays), intermediate and advanced junior coaching, women's surf lessons and stand up paddle lessons. The school also runs beach lifeguard courses and sells gift vouchers and branded clothing. All equipment is provided.
