Windsurfen Dresden (Stausee Cossebaude)

Windsurfen Dresden is a windsurfing, wingfoil and SUP school on the Cossebauder Stausee, a reservoir west of Dresden. Run by Gerald Gebbensleben, it offers windsurfing courses at all levels, three-day holiday courses, wingfoil courses and SUP courses on the lake and on the Elbe, as well as SUP tours on the river.

The windsurfing courses lead to the basic licence (Grundschein), which counts towards the course if taken within a month. The school also rents windsurf and SUP gear, and recently began welcoming SUP and wingfoil riders with their own equipment after a briefing on the lake. It also organises windsurf camps on the Baltic Sea.
