Kiteschule Fly-A-Kite

Fly-A-Kite is a VDWS-recognised kitesurfing school that has operated since 2003 at the Drewoldke campsite near Altenkirchen on the Wittow peninsula of Rügen. Lessons take place in the shallow Wieker Bodden lagoon.

The offer includes taster lessons, an intensive beginner course, progression courses, private lessons, kite-foil lessons, an Air & Style course, supervised kiting, and equipment rental and sales. Stand up paddle has been offered since 2013 for windless days, and a cocktail bar has served on site since 2008.

Since August 2024 the school has run the Harlem Clubhouse, a test centre and shop for the Harlem brand on the island.

Next season: 6 May to 26 September 2027, daily 9 am to 10 pm. Currently in winter break, reachable by email and phone.
