BLOW sits on the southernmost stretch of the beach at Kijkduin in The Hague, where the Zandmotor (the artificial sand peninsula) meets the North Sea. The venue combines a beach restaurant, an events space (15 to 750 guests) and a kitesurf school.
Lessons are taught by IKO instructors, in groups, as duos or privately (one instructor per student). The 3- and 5-day courses include an online theory book. Students learn body dragging, board recovery and water starts, partly on the water of the Zandmotor. The school has a shop and a very large number of reviews.
