School Presentation
Summertime Surf is a surf school founded in 2006 on the New Jersey coast. It teaches in Asbury Park, Bradley Beach, Belmar and Point Pleasant.
The program is aimed mostly at kids and families: surf camps for ages 7 to 14 (3 hours a day, Monday to Friday), camps for the youngest surfers aged 4 to 7 (2 hours a day), a kids surf club for intermediate levels, youth teams, group classes for ages 15 and up, private lessons, a women's surf weekend and school field trips. The focus is on surf fundamentals, ocean safety and confidence.
The school also runs surf trips, including Barbados and Salina Cruz in Mexico, and sells surfboards and merchandise under its own name.
