Kokopelli Surf Camp is a surf school serving Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Lessons are taught by pro surfers Brandon and Wyatt Todd, who claim more than 20 years of competition and local ocean experience. The whole team is CPR and water-safety certified.
The school offers private and group lessons of 1.5 hours (15 minutes of beach instruction, then 1 hour 15 minutes in the water) for all ages and levels, and a three-day kids' surf camp from age 5 with a ratio of three campers per instructor. It also teaches at several vacation resorts along the coast.
Kokopelli also runs guided kayak and stand up paddle tours and rents surfboards, paddleboards and kayaks. The website promises a refund in case of heavy rain, strong wind or rough seas.
