School Presentation
Life Kitesurfing is a mobile kitesurfing and surf school on the Garden Route, run by coach Stuart Barnes, who states more than 20 years of coaching experience in the region. Lessons take place at Myoli Beach (Sedgefield), on Knysna Lagoon and across the lakes, lagoons and beaches of the Garden Route, all year round.
Teaching is adapted to each student's level and kitesurfing gear is supplied for every session. The programme described on the website runs from water safety and 1, 2, 3 and 4 line kite flying on the beach to wind theory, body dragging (in flat water and in waves), then board riding and kitesurfing, with a focus on safety and physical conditioning.
The school also gives surf lessons. Bookings for the 2026-2027 season are open; contact by phone or WhatsApp.
