School Presentation
D.A. Kite&Wing is a small kitesurf and wing coaching school based in Preá, about 13 km from Jericoacoara, run by Daniel Alexandre and Barbara. Daniel, born in Rio de Janeiro, is presented as an IKO Level 3 coach with over 25 years of coaching and more than 5,000 teaching hours; Barbara, a VDWS licensed instructor, handles bookings. The team says it speaks five languages.
Kite lessons are held at Barrinha, a few kilometres from Preá (flat water to small waves depending on the tide); wing lessons take place at Barrinha or, for wing only, at Lagoa Azul, a flat-water lagoon. The offer includes kids' lessons, advanced coaching, photo packages, downwinders (day trips, wave, classic or short routes) and kite and wing equipment rental.
