Búzios Kitesurf School presents itself as the first kitesurf school in Cabo Frio and Búzios, operating since 2002 and based on Praia Rasa in Armação dos Búzios. Its website claims over 6,000 students in 20 years and a certificate from the IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization).
Lessons are one-to-one and by booking: introduction (2 h), weekend special (4 h over two days), basic course (10 h) and intensive (6 h), with the price including kite, board, helmet, harness, vest, radio, private parking, shower and toilets.
