Pro Wind Escola Náutica

Pro Wind is a nautical school and storage facility on Laranjal beach in Pelotas, opposite the pier, on the Lagoa dos Patos, with "Since 1986" shown on its website. It teaches windsurfing and stand up paddle; the site also presents kayak and a sailing (sailboat) activity.

For windsurfing, the school advertises shallow water, steady winds all year, private lessons of up to 3 hours a day, modern gear (Starboard Start boards for beginners) and all safety equipment included; most students reportedly make their first moves in 2 to 4 hours.

The guarderia stores windsurf, kitesurf, kayak, SUP, monotype, jet-ski and general nautical equipment 24 hours a day, a few steps from the lagoon (across the street). Kitesurfing is presented only as a practice with storage, not as lessons. The Google listing says the school operates all year.
