Delta Experiences - Centro de Kitesurf

Delta Experiences presents itself as the first kite center and experience agency born inside the Parnaíba river delta. It is based on Ilha das Canárias (Araioses, Maranhão), in the delta, and offers kitesurf lessons during the wind season, August to December according to its website.

The agency also organises delta trips (watching scarlet ibis at sunset), trip + accommodation packages and the "Rota das Emoções", an 8 to 12-day route between Jericoacoara, the Parnaíba Delta and the Lençóis Maranhenses, advertised from R$ 8,000 per couple. The agency reports over 3 years of activity in the delta and more than 500 travellers; lesson prices are not published.
