KiteFeliz KiteSchool

KiteFeliz is the school of Wendell, an IKO and ABK certified instructor who teaches one student at a time on Cumbuco beach and Cauípe lagoon. The basic course lasts four days: safety and the kite on the sand on day one, bodydrag in the lagoon on day two, then the board on days three and four.

Students start with a small trainer kite on the sand, then move to the flat water of the lagoon, with the instructor in the water. No experience required, swimming is needed. Lessons in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish; the instructor brings the equipment. Prices and dates on request via WhatsApp. Season stated: wind most of the year, with a strong and steady season from June to January.
