Jaguaribe Kite Center (DPC Fortim)

The Jaguaribe Kite Center is the kitesurf centre of Jaguaribe Lodge & Kite in Fortim (Ceará), where the Jaguaribe river meets the sea. The website describes calm, shallow, warm water and says the setup is the largest in Ceará for a kite school: lessons for adults, teens and children, a shop and equipment rental.

The team consists of certified instructors, some of whom speak fluent English. The centre also covers wing foiling (an inflatable wing on a SUP foil board) and, according to the site, stand up paddle and laser rental or outings, bike rental and frescobol. Outdoor parking and shaded rest areas are available; accommodation is at Jaguaribe Lodge & Kite or the neighbouring Jaguaríndia Village. The site publishes no prices.
