Surf Camp Raches

Surf Camp Raches is a kitesurf school and camp that has operated since 2014 on Faros beach in Raches (Stylida), on the Malian Gulf, about two hours from Athens by highway. The spot has a steady thermal wind and a natural landform splits it into two riding zones: a choppy-water zone with side-onshore wind for beginners and progression, and a flat-water zone for experienced riders.

The center offers kitesurf courses (beginner, advanced, foil), private lessons, downwind safaris (short and long, with support boats), wing foil and e-foil, plus rental of kitesurf, wing foil, e-foil and SUP gear. Every lesson is supervised by a rescue boat; instructors talk to students through Bluetooth radio helmets, and lesson gear is recent Duotone equipment.

The camp also has a member club with subscription packages. High season runs from mid-April to the end of October, with a thermal wind that builds around 1-2 pm and blows until sunset.
