KiteGreece - Lefkadi Surf Club

KiteGreece runs the Lefkadi Surf Club on Evia island, about an hour from Athens. The center is on the waterfront, a ten-minute walk from Lefkadi village, facing a wide, hazard-free sandy beach; conditions are a smooth thermal wind in the southern Evoikos gulf, with a view of the "twin volcanos" and a beach bar at sunset.

The team, qualified instructors teaching to IKO standards, offers kitesurfing at all levels: private or semi-private courses (3- or 4-day Zero to Hero, 6 h or 12 h IKO level 1 and 2 courses, refreshers, boat-assisted lessons), equipment rental and storage of personal gear at the club. Lesson equipment includes kite and bar, harness, helmet, buoyancy aid and wetsuit.

KiteGreece also offers 7-, 14- or 21-day kitesurfing vacations with on-site accommodation (Kite Villa), kite cruises and safaris around the Petali islands, foil and big-air camps, kids' lessons and a SUP week. Wind is advertised at 15 to 35 knots from mid-March to mid-October. The same operation also runs at Marmari and at the Kimi wave spot.
