Floripa Kite School is the watersports school of Floripa Yoga & Kitesurf House, a yoga and kitesurf guesthouse at Santa Maria del Focallo (municipality of Ispica) on Sicily's south-east coast. The school works from Zuma Beach, with steady winds and clear water, and offers kitesurf, wing foil, windsurf, SUP and surf.
Kitesurf lessons, from beginner to advanced, are given by experienced instructors; the 6-hour introductory course covers kite control, board handling and first rides. Recent F-One and RRD equipment can be rented by the day. The school also teaches wing foil and windsurf (beginners) and offers SUP and surf lessons and rentals.
Floripa House also runs yoga and wellness stays with shared, double or single rooms, communal vegetarian meals and a beach bar (Zuma Beach Bar), from March to November with no fixed arrival dates.
