SWS Salento Windsurf School

Salento Windsurf School (SWS) is a windsurf, wingfoil and stand-up paddle school based in San Cataldo on the Adriatic coast, about ten minutes from Lecce. It runs its watersports base at Lido York and organises a Board Camp from June to September (summer 2026 announced at San Cataldo).

Both the windsurf and the wingfoil courses are made of 6 hours of lessons spread over six days, mostly on the water with technical briefings; the SUP course is three sea outings on three days. The school provides all the equipment except the wetsuit.

Also on offer: kayak, morning SUP yoga in the bay of San Cataldo, team building for companies and events, and sports projects with local organisations.
