No Stress Team (NST Windsurf Center) is a water sports centre that has been running since 1997 on the seafront of Bordighera, on the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente, a few kilometres from the French border. It offers lessons and rental for windsurfing, wing foiling, catamaran, surfing, stand up paddle and canoe.

The centre highlights the bay's mild conditions from spring to autumn. Windsurf lessons are available privately or in groups of 2 to 4 people, for children from age 5 with ultra-light equipment as well as for adults, from first level to funboard, covering harness, footstraps, planing, water start and power jibe, and foil.

The centre also runs wing foil courses, a summer camp for ages 5 to 14, equipment rental and storage, and an online shop with gift cards and course booking. The website is available in several languages.
