Scuola Snowkite (Melette, Gallio)

Scuola Snowkite offers snowkite and skikite lessons in north-eastern Italy, based at the Melette of Gallio on the Asiago Plateau (Località Pakstall). The team is led by instructor Mirco Girolimetto and works with Venice Kite Company.

The school works at several mountain spots depending on wind and snow: Lessinia (Verona), Gallio and Asiago (Vicenza), Passo Rolle (Trentino), Nevegal and Passo Giau (Belluno).

Two courses: a BASE course to discover snowkiting (kite control, first metres on skis or snowboard) and an ADVANCED course to progress (upwind travel, weather reading, mountain safety). Teaching gear includes Flysurfer kites.

Lessons are scheduled with the student according to the weather; season and prices are not published on the website: contact the school.
