Yoga Surf Ocean is a small surf and yoga school in Santa Cruz, one hour north of Lisbon, open all year. Luís teaches surf (in English and Portuguese) and Blanka teaches yoga (English, Czech and basic Portuguese). The school shows more than 70 five-star Google reviews.
Surf lessons run in small groups for beginners and intermediates: the team picks the beach each day according to tide, swell and wind. It also offers coaching, guiding and yoga for surfers. In summer (July-August), meeting point is Praia do Pisão.
