Lisbon Surf & SUP

Lisbon Surf & SUP is a surf and stand up paddle school on the Costa da Caparica, based at beach support no. 19 on Dragão Vermelho beach (Costa IN restaurant-bar). The team presents itself as local, with more than 25 years of surfing experience and about four languages spoken.

The programme includes surf and SUP lessons according to level and the day's conditions, "experiences", a surf camp with accommodation and a "Kids Wave Lab" for children. The school is open every day from 9am to 6pm.
