Surfiberia

Surfiberia is a surf lodge in Praia das Maçãs, in the Sintra area, about 200 m from the ocean. The house has 5 en-suite bedrooms and offers surf stays with lessons on the local beaches.

The school stresses small numbers: 5 people per coach and no more than 10 people in the water at once. It caters to beginners, intermediates and advanced surfers. The head coach and lodge owner is Luis Eyre, a former professional surfer and four-time British champion, a level 2 coach certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation.
