Escola Catalana de Surf Castelldefels

Escola Catalana de Surf has taught surfing since 2003 and claims more than twenty years of surfing experience. Its main centre is at Port Ginesta (unit 109), on the natural beach of Castelldefels, where it highlights a shallow beach with regular waves and buoyed channels reserved for surfers, away from swimmers and boats. It also has a point at La Barceloneta, a mobile school (usually at Montgat) and offices in Barcelona (Carrer Rocafort 188).

The school presents itself as approved by the Spanish Surfing Federation and by the ISA, and as an Official Billabong School. The programme runs from beginner level (level 1: 2 h x 4 days) to intermediate, with surf memberships, longboard lessons, surfskate, stand-up paddle, SUP yoga, guided kayak trips, adaptive surf for people with disabilities, summer camps, surf camps (Easter 2026), school programmes and tailor-made events.

Lesson slots are published on the website, on weekdays (10:30-12:30 and 18:00-20:00) and at weekends (10:00-12:00 and 12:00-14:00).
