AWA Watersports Granada (Motril)

AWA Watersports Granada is the Motril base (Costa Tropical, facing the Sierra Nevada) of the AWA nautical school, active since 2004, whose other base is in Aguadulce (Almeria, separate listing). On Playa Granada it works as a daytime nautical centre (kitesurf, windsurf, wingfoil, paddle, sailing, kayak) and, in the evening, as the AWA Surf Break restaurant and events venue (concerts and dinners on Fridays and Saturdays).

Qualified instructors and small groups; official Duotone distributor and Fanatic partner. Summer camps for ages 7-16 (from 150 EUR per week according to the site) and nautical days for school groups.

Daytime nautical centre; AWA Surf Break restaurant daily 13:00-16:30, dinners on Fridays and Saturdays 20:30-midnight (according to the site).
