Escuela Windsurf Granada is run by Manu (Manuel Ruiz Ángel), a certified windsurf sports technician. It gives courses and rents windsurf and wingfoil equipment on the Rules reservoir (Alpujarra de Granada), and is linked to the C.D. Windsurf Granada club. Wind is stable and good only from April to September, the period when courses run; the 2025 season ended on 14 September and 2026 registrations are announced.
Programme shown: wingfoil levels 1 and 2 (one-hour private lessons, April to September, Thursday to Sunday, 80 EUR per day incl. VAT, Starboard boards and North wings); windsurf beginner and intermediate (150 EUR incl. VAT for 6 hours over 3 days, June to August, Friday to Sunday, groups of 4 to 6, Starboard and JP boards, Point-7 sails); progression (180 EUR without equipment, 300 EUR with).
Booking and registration are mandatory through the website form; contact is by WhatsApp (phone calls are no longer taken).
