School Presentation
Good People Surf brings together a surf camp, a surf school (Good People Surf Eskola, founded in 2011 to complement the existing camp) and a surf shop in Zarautz (Gipuzkoa). It claims more than twenty years of experience teaching surf on Zarautz beach, known as a good place to learn.
Group lessons last at least 1.5 hours and include instructor, board and wetsuit; private or small-group lessons are available, in Spanish, Basque or English and sometimes German, Dutch or French. Accident insurance is included during lessons. The school rents boards (softboards for beginners, epoxy shortboards for advanced surfers).
The shop sells leashes, board bags, wax, sunscreen, accessories and pieces by local shapers, and repairs boards. The surf camp offers accommodation and lessons, with another surf house in Aia/Zarautz and one in Portugal.
