School Presentation
Activity Surf Center is a surf school and rental shop in the centre of Ericeira, inside the World Surfing Reserve. It was founded in 2012 by local surfer Joel "Papu" Pereira.
The school runs group lessons (5 to 6 students, with a minimum of two confirmed participants) and private lessons for all levels, on several beaches around Ericeira. Instructors are accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation and speak English.
The shop rents surfboards (soft top, epoxy, Firewire polyester), SUPs, bodyboards and 4/3 mm wetsuits. Rental gear listed on the website includes Flowt, Ocean & Earth, Firewire and Torq boards and Billabong wetsuits. The team also offers boat trips and fishing outings.
