West Surf Project

West Surf Project is a surf school on Portugal's west coast, based in Caldas da Rainha. It was founded by António "Topi" Henriques, who has worked as a surf technician and coach since 2003 and presents the project as more than a school: giving children and adults the tools to read the sea, assess conditions and enter the water safely.

Lessons are organised in four levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced, competition) and sold as single lessons or packs of 5 and 10. The "Surf & Relax" programme offers four accommodations (Casa da Ilha, Casa da Lagoa, Casa do Oceano and The Wave House), plus stay-and-lesson packages with partner lodgings.
