Kite Gym Watersports Center San Teodoro

Kite Gym (KITE GYM S.S.D.) is a kitesurf school and watersports center based directly on La Cinta beach in San Teodoro, in north-east Sardinia. The base sits in the official kite zone of the beach, in the middle of the bay.

The school offers one-to-one private lessons and group lessons, from beginner level to water start, plus progression sessions: freestyle, kite foil, wave riding and wing foil. The center also lists windsurfing and stand up paddle among its activities, and runs snowkite camps in winter and morning yoga sessions in summer.

The international team speaks Italian, English, German and Spanish. The school director, Fabio, is head instructor with FIV, VDWS and IKO qualifications. According to Google reviews, lessons are supported by two rescue boats. The club has also equipped the kite zone with a defibrillator and hosts introductory sessions for young people with disabilities.
