School Presentation
San Bernardo Kite is a snowkite school at the Col du Petit-Saint-Bernard (Savoie), around 2,200 m, on the French-Italian border. It is affiliated to the FFVL and holds the EFK label (Kite Neige no. 03965).
Courses last 3, 6, 9 or 12 hours, from a first snowkite experience to independence and first jumps, including for kitesurfers new to snow. Sessions run from 12:45 to 15:45, with a meeting at 12:30 on site. A qualified instructor teaches and the traction gear (kite and harness) is provided; board or skis, helmet, lift pass and FFVL licence are the student's responsibility.
Rental without a lesson is available for autonomous riders, and quotes are offered to groups and works councils. The website publishes a live webcam and a weather station for the pass.
