Description
Guidel Kite Club (GKC) is a non-profit association affiliated to the FFVL, representing kitesurfers in the Guidel, Ploemeur and Lorient coastal area. Its website posts regular news up to April 2026 (Glénan trip, 2026 general assembly).
The club manages, in agreement with the town hall, the riding zones in summer and runs safety and awareness actions, notably on kite release. It also organises trips, competitions and social evenings, as well as video analysis and gatherings around the sport.
Club membership without a licence is possible from September; 2027 federal licences are announced for 1 October 2026.
