Yacht Club de Carnac

Yacht Club de Carnac is a sailing club based at Port en Drô on Quiberon Bay. Its website, up to date in 2026, announces among others the Eurocat and the Dart 18 world championship in July 2026, and claims the titles of best French sailing school in 1992 and 2018.

Courses run during school holidays (Easter, summer, All Saints) for children from age 4 (4-8 only in summer), teenagers and adults, along with the coastal boating licence, rental, private lessons, year-round sailing (sports school and competition), 30-minute discovery outings and introductory sails, and group and seminar hosting.

Supports include dinghy, catamaran, optimist, windsurfing, windfoil, wing foil, foil, sea kayak, stand up paddle and yole. The club states it has qualified professional instructors and recent equipment; rental is open from April to the end of October.
