Hazewinkel Windsurfing

Hazewinkel Windsurfing is a windsurf, SUP, wingfoil and foil club at Heindonk, near Willebroek, recognised by the Flemish federation Wind & Watersport Vlaanderen. The lake suits both recreational sailing and competition, with a clubhouse, federal insurance and the option to rent or use a full set of equipment.

Courses (Start 2 Surf, parts A and B) are taught by qualified instructors following the federation programme, with beginner equipment, wetsuits and life jackets provided. There is no booking: you come when conditions are good, during clubhouse opening hours; non-members can buy a day pass. The club rents windsurf gear and SUPs, but no wingfoil equipment.

Open 1pm-7pm (1pm-6pm in October): April, May, June, September and October, Saturday and Sunday; July and August, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
