Milnerton Aquatic Club

Milnerton Aquatic Club (MAC), founded in 1976, is a water sports club in the Rietvlei Nature Reserve, on a lake at the foot of Table Mountain in Milnerton, Cape Town. Its windsurfing section was founded in 1982; the club describes itself as the biggest windsurfing and wing foiling club in South Africa and embraced wing foiling in 2020.

The lake, covered by rescue craft, also suits sailing, SUP, canoeing and kayaking; the club also hosts events and live music and has a bar and galley. Windsurfing and wing foiling lessons are given by service providers working with the club, and the club rents windsurf, wing foil and SUP equipment to its members (used gear, for use on site), with container storage available.
